Every pilot and every visual observer on a Pebble Rock crew is FAA Part 107 certified. We staff a pilot in command and a dedicated VO on event work, one set of eyes on the aircraft, one on the airspace and the audience. That’s not the minimum the law requires; it’s the standard we hold because live environments don’t give you a second take.
